Legal Innovators Seeks Full-Time Junior Attorneys

Legal Innovators is seeking 3Ls and Evening Students for full-time attorney positions in various locations for the Fall of 2025. Legal Innovators works with a range of clients including BigLaw, mid-size firms and corporate legal departments. We create new pathways into the legal profession, on the traditional associate path, with the support of continued training, coaching and mentorship for up to two years.

Our program is designed to match Legal Innovators’ Attorneys with one of our law firm or corporate legal department partners based on practice group and geographic preferences and client needs, flexibility is essential. Our clients have various practice group needs including, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Structured Finance, Litigation, International Arbitration, Insurance, Bankruptcy and more. Legal Innovators’ Attorneys are integrated into the firm or legal department and are expected to perform assignments commensurate with a first-year attorney. Our clients are fully dedicated to incorporating Legal Innovators’ Attorneys into their firm and company culture, including access to training, events and mentorship. The objective is after up to two years, the client is confident in your abilities and cultural fit and may extend an offer of employment to work directly with them.

• Have strong academic credentials
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence
• Embrace flexibility, especially as it relates to geography and practice interest
• Possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, and ability to effectively communicate research into meaningful written work products
• Be dedicated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, as well as adversaries and in formal legal proceedings
• Embrace teamwork and values collaboration
