Meet Dana!
Dana Yeliseyev is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, and she joined Legal Innovators in 2021. Dana was placed in the New York City office of Latham & Watkins, where she works in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group. In 2022, Dana was hired by Latham as an associate.
Last year, we caught up with Dana to hear more about her career path. Dana explored a variety of potential legal career paths during law school, but by the time she decided she was open to pursuing BigLaw, she had missed OCI. In Legal Innovators she not only found an alternative route into her current role at Latham, but she also benefited from a support system and legal training to help her bridge the gap between law school and practice. Now, she has been welcomed and integrated into Latham, and enjoys both the work she does and the relationships she has built with her colleagues.
