Meet Ali!
Alison Vitello (formerly Eleey) is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, and she joined Legal Innovators in 2021. Ali was placed in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins, where she works in the capital markets practice group. In 2022, Ali was hired by Latham as a junior associate.
We caught up with Ali to hear more about her career path. During her 3L year, after OCI didn’t pan out for her, Ali was looking for another avenue to get exposure to top firms and corporate work. She found Legal Innovators, and she was drawn to the practical training, mentorship, and coaching opportunities offered by LI. And she loved that Legal Innovators evaluates candidates wholistically, so that important life experiences and skills – like Ali’s experiences as a collegiate athlete, which taught her stress management and how to perform under pressure – are taken into consideration and seen for their value.
