She has a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for lawyers at all levels, with a focus on fostering professional growth and success. Her work spans leadership roles in prominent law firms and consulting, complemented by extensive research and published works on lawyer development.
Most recently, Lori served as Director of Professional Development at Hogan Lovells US LLP, where she led the creation of comprehensive training curricula. Before her tenure in law firms, she worked as a consultant at the Hay Group, specializing in organizational effectiveness and management development across industries. She has conducted research on predictors of lawyer success, co-authored Accelerating Lawyer Success: How to Make Partner, Stay Healthy, and Flourish in a Law Firm, and contributes as a senior fellow at the Georgetown Law Center on Ethics and the Legal Profession.
